Thanks. I also cook for company quite a bit, and have figured out tricks to up the flavor levels without garlic or onions. Never get complaints from my dinner guests.
And, Klys—your 8 cloves of garlic would have sent me over the edge (but I do love mushrooms and peppers, and all varieties of olives—hold the cilantro and substitute basil or rosemary.)
