Won’t work. SCOTUS can’t dictate to Kansas what the Kansas Constitution means. The forced birthers have to get a forced birth majority in the Kansas Supreme Court

Won’t prevent them from trying. PA legislature has tried this sort of thing regarding their gerrymander efforts more than once.
