For me male cats are the way to go and female dogs. I’ve never had a dobe though.

I had a pic of my two as my avatar up until this afternoon. I’m a really bad breed snob, I won’t get anything but a dobe. I got my first about 15 years ago and just fell in love. Very smart breed, I like that.
