I called KLM about 6 times, so t-Mobile roaming charges go on the reimbursement.

They keep blaming the delivery service, they said our bag made it to Prague on the next flight and they turned it over to the courier which of course they can’t reach.

I asked them to have a KLM supervisor call me back.
