Now Office says my version is “unlicensed” though I downloaded it from the official Microsoft Office site with my account.

After Outlook crashed (again), it wants me to run a “repair” program on Outlook.

I’ve only had this program since November, and already had to download it four times due to its instability.

At this point, I don’t really care any more if Office 2007 Professional is no longer supported by Microsoft against potential hacking holes. That program works. I’ve never had trouble with it.

Not sure if they all still do it, but you may be able to have Microsoft send you DVD/CDs of the program. It’s always good to have it anyway if it is available.

With the way you explain your internet service, you may be getting glitches while the full program downloads thus hosing the whole thing from working properly.

See if they can send you a full copy. It will make you more legit too.
