Interesting contrast between the officers’ outfits. The cop with his hand on his head is in uniform blues, notably with both his hands off of his rifle (this isn’t badly unsafe, given the assault sling he is using). The other cop looks far more like a soldier than a police officer, with his digital camo and ‘boonie’ hat (an updated version of those worn in the Vietnam War). That officer also has both hands on his rifle, and his rifle has both a tan handguard and a noticeably longer barrel than that carried by the officer in blue.

The boonies I thought were sharp shooters their afternoon. Might be like SPEC OPS Oakland SWAT or something like that. At first I wasn’t sure what he was looking at but then figured out he was probably looking back at the cop with the hands on his head. Or! That he was hiding his face.
