Damn..Another Fox distortion…Why?
For weeks they have been saying the penalty for not having healthcare is 95 dollars..Big whoop.. Except the law reads 95 dollars or 1% of your taxable income for the year. Wait! Unless you live within the poverty level you will be paying thousands for not having insurance. I know this may be a foreign concept Fox..But be fair and balanced once..

You do realize that it’s $95 or 1% of your income, whichever is LESS, right?

And it’s $95 per adult the first year, $325 the second, and climbs steeply from there. All the while ya got no insurance.
