I am an ACAB person. They need good leadership and accountability to go with all that power and they get the exact opposite. I suppose there are few saints who don’t get corrupted, but they are statistically insignificant. There are also a few places that properly manage their police departments, but again, too few to affect the general ACAB reality.

Just today I have read about police driving a completely innocent guy to attempt suicide by lying to him that his father was dead and they killed his dog. And another cop killed a 13 pound deaf and blind dog.

In both cases the cops suffered no consequences. This system is horrifying.

Note that the guy in the first story is white and owns a house. White people should not be deluded that they are safe just because it is much worse for POCs. No one is safe.
