Regardless - there’s no way he suffered any serious injuries to his head. There are liability issues here, and if that had been the case, Zimmerman WOULD have gone to the hospital. No question about that. Any injuries he suffered had to be so minor that the EMTs on the scene didn’t even think he had a possibility of concussion.

Wasn’t the 911 dispatcher’s request for an ambulance cancelled by police/EMTs once they got on-scene?
