Here is the menu (not served all at the same meal, but distributed over two days):

Home-baked challah

Baked gefilte fish
Broiled teriyaki salmon
Broiled lemon tarragon lake trout
Smoked whitefish

Chicken noodle soup
Gold tip roast, with Middle East dry rub of peppercorns, coriander, cumin, & chili powder

Cheese blintzes

Assorted salads (have not made yet)
Fresh fruit

Dessert (after dairy meal): cheesecake
ice cream

(after meat meal): Fresh fruit, fruit sorbet

Wine: Herzog Orange Muscat

You’re the only person I know who could possibly get me to try gefilte fish. At least then, I’d know it was cooked with some skill.

Also, what time should I arrive for dinner? ;)
