Pot is an unbelievably huge business in these parts.
(Not a joke that it’s the # 1 cash crop in Kentucky!)
And the danger in the business is as bad as the cartels in some respects.

I know that both Vinton and Meigs counties have many summer crops. It would not surprise me if there wasn’t a lot of indoor growing going on too. I’ve heard stories of large setups in old coal mines too. Out of sight.

When the story about the Ohio folks first broke and I saw the overhead shots and noticed the properties had some large out buildings. I thought they might have some activity going on in them right from the start.
