Did some quick research. Seems to have started out as a Stormfront site which is now run by a James Stenzel (or Jim Stenzel). Full name is James R. Stenzel and it looks like he’s from Missouri.

Popular with the inbreds at Stormfront and VNN. Not ironically they are also referenced by a lot of leftists by way of associated Indymedia.
