This is DT’s way of drawing attention to another place because he or his staff thinks that Mueller will be releasing information and DT wants to look like a hero and not the criminal he is.

I’m personally expecting that, on or near Monday, he’s suddenly going to make an appearance amongst “the troops” in the hopes of appearing as a “war-time president.”
