I was stationed at Abu Ghraib during 2003-2004. What SSG Fredrickson and company did certainly warranted their punishment.

But the Taguba report isn’t 100% correct in all of it findings.

Nor does it represent the honorable service and actions of the majority of soldiers serving there who oversaw thousands of detainees, doing our jobs and NOT abusing prisoners, all in very nasty conditions, to include almost daily attacks of rockets and mortars.


Some of you are conflating some legitimate EIT with the true abuse that went on.

And maybe, just maybe, you didn’t see any more allegedly *new* abuse photos from those released in 2006 because they don’t exist beyond your fevered imagination like the rape photos. Or they had already been released and were considered old news.

But, have your fun rehashing Abu.
