No it doesn’t.

I believe that a person’s organs are the most sacrosanct private property in existence and we can never be forced by another to let them make use of them, even if they would die without the help of our organs.

I don’t think that I should have to let a living person have one of my kidneys, I don’t think a mother should have to let a child make use of her organs use of her organs unless they want them to.

I also believe that life in prison tends to be a harsher punishment and is cheaper than simply ending someone’s life which is why I’m against the death penalty in most cases.
