And yeah, I’ve heard some wild wild stories from my friends who own property. I have an old friend from high school who moved to Fairbanks, and bought up all these duplexes. He’s making a fortune, but he has had to deal with some insane tenants. Some people have the fortitude to invest in property like that. I could not do it. I’m just not hardass enough to deal with bad tenants. :D

Yeah, I’d thought about going into his racket at one time. I realized I lacked the iron will to do it though - I;m a sucker for a sob-story.
