I’m thinking it would prevent such problems by creating a single place people could go to get a doctor’s history.

Would enable the market to actually work as opposed to the system we have now, where costs and quality are completely detached.

Each state has slightly different rules/ regs for doctors. How would that work?
ALSO, I would think it to be easier to get info on A doctor in a smaller data base (a few thousands doctors per state) as opposed to multiplying that data base by 50 states worth
