Eventually the finger hops out of the hospital into a cab.

I had a friend many years ago who was a little too fond of drinking. One day I told her I had a plan for a short film; it opens with her sitting at the bar, having a cocktail, and suddenly she doubles over in pain. She gasps - falls to the ground, clutching her midsection. Then, a gutburster scene, inspired by Alien….finally, her liver bursts through - an ambulatory liver - walks up her midsection, and flips her off to her face before it hops off her body, walks out and slams the door as it leaves.

Fade to black.
