Oh, I do. I am getting to the point where, even if I am having a miserable day, even if the worker completely muffs my order or takes forever to scan my groceries, I smile and give them a, “Have a nice day!” I can’t even imagine what they went through; my only experience in retail was incredibly mild compared to the stories I hear about online.
we do it always. We know all the workers at Kroger, Dollar General, local IGA, etc. And we’ve known them for a long time (some for decades and we know their families).
