Sure, he wouldn’t get his comeuppance - but look at it this way; He’s old and unhealthy and any punishment we could give him wouldn’t last long enough anyway.

Trump lies about everything. I am confident he has no desire in living elsewhere outside his comfort zone. It’s not as though he speaks any language other than English or has any interest in exploring other cultures or cuisines. His only interest is in emulating authoritarians elsewhere and installing a similar regime here.
