Yes, but you forget to mention that this was done to DISCREDIT him in the first place, just as the nirthers are doing now, it’s a big leap to say that the left invented it to keep the right wing attention on something trivial, like it was some evil plot masterminded by Rahm Emmanuel or George Soros.
So come on , if the Democratic party is using it, it’s because it’s a gift stick from the stupids to bash them, not a concerted effort to start a controversy.

I don’t think I was suggesting that this was invented by the left to make the right look bad. I look at it as more of a virus that may have started on the left but has long since jumped partisan species finding ample purchase on the right.
