Kinda like the Sepulveda off ramp from the 105 to LAX is always closed when it rains. I guess the 10 month dry season, and the number of drivers inconvenienced, isn’t enough to put in a storm drain.

There was no sign of flooding, and they were allowing traffic to drive along the road, but from one traffic light down to the gate, they were redirecting traffic with no other directions as to which side gates were open. Real pain in the ass.
