So many people found work and prosperity in Detroit.

100 years ago (approx) various members of my family went to Detroit to work. They were in construction and there were lots of projects. My grandfather found work there during the depression.

My Dad was an engineer in the auto industry and did two tours-of-duty in Detroit.

I consider it my the home of my childhood.
