Don’t want to agree with DF too much, but, other than O’kieff (or however you spell it), we’re not nearly as worried about al Qaeda as we used to be. Has something to do with killing a lot of their leaders.

Yet it remains, despite the killing of various leaders and an ungodly number of “#2 leaders.” It’s the medical equivalent of trying to cut out cancer. Unless you successfully get ever single last cell, you risk it returning and spreading.
