Eleven hours sitting in a congressional hearing notwithstanding.

This idea that Hillary Clinton, favorite target-harpy of the right for an entire generation, only learned to face criticism because St. Bernie ran to her left is a bizarre fantasy.

I admired her after that eleven hour hearing. I thought she did great. But that was just a one day witch hunt (that failed miserably). The presidential campaign is a three month slur-fest these days. She’ll do fine, I know. She’s used to this shit. But she would be fighting image without having a few months of talking ideas if she didn’t have a primary challenge. I don’t see why that’s so difficult to understand.

Trump will turn this into a contest of personalities. That’s what the GOP is banking on now. Having a real debate over Democratic priorities before the shit show starts only does her well and makes her a stronger candidate.
