Somewhat confused…what do all the cheering for the IDF think is the purpose of a military force ? My retired gunnery sergeant drill instructor from ROTC days often stated that it is “to kill people and break things”.

The purpose of the IDF ground invasion is to get in personal and kill people, hopefully the right people who desperately need killing, and hopefully ALL of the right people with as few of the wrong people (civilians) as possible. So the heartfelt statement of “kill them all” could easily be read as kill every last Hamas terrorist and leader…just sayin.
