Would they count as slander or libel? They’re going to get that guy hurt by continuing to publish his name as if he’s a legit suspect.

I’m not an attorney so I have no idea. However, if the nutball bloggers keep targeting him and he gets attacked because of it, I would imagine there are grounds for a lawsuit.
