I was listening to a musical version of “War of the Worlds” the other day.
The Moody blues did the music i beleive and Richard Burton did the narration.His voice was fantastic.
Inspired me to reread the book.

Jeff Wayne’s “War of the Worlds” from 1978. Members of the Moody Blues added songs, but did not do the whole thing. Richard Burton is the voice of the narrating character.
