None. Trial lawyers are predatory, tending to focus on weaker prey. Going after a billionaire means a much-longer period pre-trial period, as her lawyers throw up every delaying tactic they can think of, proofing the state’s evidence to stand up to scrutiny by defense experts, and then a longer, more difficult trial against top-flight defense lawyers. And all for a victory that won’t count much more in the prosecutors stats than nailing an average joe for the same crime.
