Tammy Duckworth is doing that. I think the President is going to be perfectly content to enjoy his retirement. Andrew Johnson is the other President who went back to Congress after the Presidency. And of course Taft to the Supreme Court but the others just enjoyed retirement which is whatI expect Obama to do. He’ll dind some pet cause, not sure what but he’ll find it.

I wouldn’t be surprised if he did join with “The Elders”.
