Context: she is not praising Hitler but trying to tie his words to Planned Parenthood and their message.

Granted, Hitler did not rise to near world domination without having a few profound insights into politics and human nature.

But to these people, Planned Parenthood is just a state-sponsored death camp for fetuses.

And that point of view is just as disturbing as any references to der Fuehrer’s Facebook.
