My mom in Ashland was fine, too. What few pictures I’ve seen have looked Bad. People down here don’t think Kentucky gets cold. Or hot. I don’t know why that is…

I’m from Wisconsin and when I lived there, I used to play gigs in Kentucky. I loved going there because it always seemed so mild, climate-wise…but that was in the spring usually (around March or April), when it was still icy where I lived.

Maybe people think it’s mild ‘cause it’s milder than where they live…unless things have changed a bit.
