Got a question for the Lizard members. What antivirus programs do you use and recommend?

I need to load a new one as the one I’ve been using was taken over by Symantec and since that happened it has become cumbersome, intrusive and slow when it updates. I used PC Tools Spyware Doctor and it was fine up until about a year ago. I do not want Norton…never have liked it, even though I see it still gets good reviews.

Where I used to work we had TrendMicro and that was good in that you hardly knew it was there. So, that is one I am interested in.

I see Bitdefender Antivirus Plus seems to get good reviews, but have no idea as I’ve never heard of it and don’t know anyone that has.

So, what do some of you recommend or not? Thanks in advance for any responses.
