Who the heck thinks this makes a good prank - dressing up as a Klanner, and burning a cross? Apparently the husband of an Oklahoma town mayor.

Prank? Toilet paper is a prank. Cross burning? Not so much.

The guy was at a loss for a last-minute costume and just grabbed what he had in the closet.
