Well, if that’s the case, then I hope I can donate to this persons fund. Lot’s of people make those comment, Graham for instance. They should determine if it’s an actual threat. The First Amendment should still apply to the government regardless of the status of the person.

It has nothing to do with the first amendment. His speech is not being suppressed.
