Video shows the teenager was moving away from the police officer, not toward him. The police chief claims he “misspoke” when he first released information about the shooting.

Demonstrating the clear need for body cameras on every cop. Without this video, the truth would’ve been covered up. Still extremely unlikely this cop will be indicted, much less convicted.
