Thanks for that. I love hockey, and growing up a few miles from Canada, I’ve had respect for them since I started watching Hockey Night in Canada. At every Sabres game, they play both the American and Canadian national anthems. Many Canadians cross the Peace Bridge to come to HSBC arena and watch hockey, whether they play the Leafs or anyone else.

As a retired sailor, I salute the brave men and women of our fine neighbor to the north, who put themselves in harms way, to defend their nation, and ours.

Even if they are our hat! LOL
