I can only judge by my posse back in San Francisco, who are angry about the black bloc dudes ‘ruining everything like usual’. It takes a lot of organizational skill and discipline to actually get the black bloc dudes out of any protest group, though. Anything that’s open-invitation is inevitably going to get them coming along.

Except that we’ve been having May Day events for a very long time in SF, and I don’t know, maybe I’m blocking it out, but I don’t recall this sort of acting out at most of ‘em.
