Not at all. NPR has been really good, Wired good but has room for improvement, the rest you cite, yeah a mess.

My remaining concerns echo some of what has been said about how the term “relevance” has been used. I’m not convinced the interpretation we have should stand. By some established legal standards even the meta data not connected to terror investigation should not be gathered or if gathered, kept. The legal support for this interpretation rest in court. FISA of course. IMO open court would rule the other way. I think either way is a valid point of view, in that “good men differ” category.

This argument gets little or no notice. Less than it deserves, although I don’t want to see it fought in the tabloids.
