That Messenger guitar was also pretty weird. I never knew what the hell it was until a few years ago.

In dangerman’s first video that started the Fuck comments…I think Farner is using one of those Veleno all aluminum guitars. He went with that in the early 70s. I think he had a bit more control with it than the Messenger, but it still gave him his “transistor radio” (heh) guitar scratch sound.
