IF they throw out MI, WI, PA & GA, this electoral votes will likely be removed, changing the 270 required to win to X number less, still requiring whatever the winning percent is. Joe wins still because you can’t just give the states to trump.

IIRC, the frivolous Texas case is asking that the state legislatures in the state they are suing be allowed to directly appoint the electors. That’s a bid to steal the election for Trump, since these are all GOP state legislatures.
