re: #229 William of Orange

I’m not a US citizen. Never been there. And this country seems to get stranger and stranger. It’s become quite a challenge what Joe Average thinks. In truth, I don’t even know if I’ll ever meet a Joe Average. Everyone seems to be pulled to the left or the right… And those who claim to be mainstream are extremes in the eyes of the others.

It’s becoming harder to understand the USA.

The above sign sound to me like a deathwish for the president. They won’t write that down of course but when you ask the people who put up those vile signs they certainly will state that! You can’t agree with everything your president and the government does but this bullying into submission by the far right is becoming more tiresome day after day…

Americans have been disagreeing with each other since the country was formed. It’s what life is, here.

The signs and incidents in this post are over the top and just plain wrong; and this from somebody who did NOT vote for Obama.

When the right is in power, similar “bullying” that you see now from the right is perpetrated by the left. It is what it is.

Some of us are able to disagree without asserting that the “other side” belongs in North Korea; others can’t. Again, it is what it is, and it’s always been that way here.
