It’s a lose-lose situation for the President, publicity-wise. The wingnuts will continue to attack him (and the press is all too willing to entertain them 24/7) regardless of whether he meets with the executives (He’s in their pockets!), doesn’t meet with them (He’s doing nothing!), holds them accountable (Government takeover!), visits the victims (Politicizing the disaster!) shows emotion (Unpresidential behavior!) or doesn’t (Anti-American!).

That’s both sad and funny at the same time. I like your ability to reduce all those possibilities to their lowest form. Bravo.
