Except in this case there has been no such allegation. Eich simply donated to a political cause that some people didn’t like. You can argue he was on the wrong side of that issue, especially since the courts ultimately overturn Prop. 8, but to have given Prop. 8’s supporters a $1000 contribution was >not itself an act of discrimination.

Had Prop 8 succeeded, discrimination would have been the result.

Eich would have been complicit in that discrimination.
