Did you mention that you are a member of a political blog/forum with thousands of members that are real sharp and that you are posting all the nasty details and everyone is all pissed off and supporting you and that you found out the hate for HP customer service is worldwide and growing? Plus there are those tweets and Facebook mentions that you are pretty sure they won’t want to see happen. And did you mention about your fears that you have unleashed the dogs of war and it is going to get ugly. but it may not be too late for them to reconsider?
