Nah, he’s one worse than a Tea Partier. They wanted to change the party “from the inside.” He wants to hijack the party and use it to advance his own ambitions, then discard it as soon as he’s gotten as far as he can. I would not be surprised if, after either winning the nomination or the presidency, he jumped up and declared he was an “independent” again.

I’m more referring to the large Tea Party sect that are essentially Republicans too embarrassed to call themselves Republicans. Since they walk, quack, and act like ducks.
