With the Republicans completely insane, I expect sane voters to take the midterm elections much more seriously. I know I will.

People will be fed up with Hillary by then (not least as a result of the endless drone of accusations and criticism against her) and unless steps are taken to redraw voting district lines, then existing gerrymandering will work in favor of the GOP.
