So I made a quinoa salad to go with dinner tonight and it actually turned out pretty tasty. I’m pleased.

Nothing wrong with quinoa. In fact, I enjoy saying it…KEEEEEEEN-waaaaaaaa! I just get a chuckle out of attempts to market a new food item by saying it’s The Superfood Of The Aztecs!
