What evidence do you have for that? As far as I can tell, she grew in and into each office she held. She wasn’t ready for the MSM’s pop quizzes on foreign policy and such, but she didn’t have much time to prep, either. (While we’re at it, massive ignorance of history, geography, economics, etc. never hurt Biden or Obama.)
