The world is full of jerks, freeloaders, and ingrates and the problems they create for themselves are their own. These free-riders have no more right to South Fultons firefighting services than people in Muleshoe, Texas, have to those of NYPD detectives.

Anyone who can’t pay is a jerk, freeloader and/or ingrate rather than a fellow human being and citizen. If you can’t pay you don’t deserve fire protection, health care, education, roads. These things are luxury items for the well off… Right Rogue?
